I specialize in luxury waterfront properties where my clientele can have dockage for their boats. Whether they fish the backcountry on a 17' skiff or they cruise the intercostal in a 75' sport fishing yacht, I will find the property that suits their particular needs. With my vast fishing and boating experience in the Florida Keys, I can advise them as to what they require in their Keys home. My expertise expands into legalities such as checking for permitted work and areas of the home built below the flood plain. There are no surprises after the fact when I am involved.

During that period was one of the most successful tournament-winning guides in the Keys. Turned my attention to real estate in 2015.
